Our platform offers virtual hearts as a way to access all the premium features, rather than requiring a subscription. We strive to maintain transparent policies to ensure a positive experience. Virtual Hearts Purchases
Virtual hearts allow you to access enhanced interactions within the app. All virtual hearts are purchased directly through the app and are charged through your device’s payment provider (Google Play Store, Apple App Store, etc.). You can also earn hearts through our affiliated recharge and shopping partners. Once a purchase is confirmed and received hearts in the user account, it is non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully review the details before making a purchase.
Refund Eligibility
In general, Haply does not issue refunds for virtual hearts through in-app purchases or earned rewards, as purchases are considered final once completed. However, there may be exceptions in cases where a refund is deemed necessary due to specific issues, such as:
- Technical errors that prevent delivery of purchased virtual hearts.
- Unauthorized transactions were made without your consent.
If you believe you qualify for a refund under these circumstances, please reach out to our support team for assistance. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any decision to issue a refund will be made at Haply’s discretion.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, contact us at support@haply.in with the following information:
- User ID associated with your account
- Proof of purchase (transaction ID, receipt, etc.)
- A detailed description of the issue
Please note that refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. Our team will assess the claim, and if a refund is granted, it will be processed via the original payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
Please note that refunds will be processed within a minimum of 5 days to a maximum of 14 days.
