Welcome to Haply, a dating app designed to help you find meaningful connections and build relationships without paying the hefty price for premium features. The terms and conditions of use apply to Haply website (www.haply.in ) and the mobile app (both iOS and Android). The terms of use are agreed upon by the user (herein referred to as you, your, your and you’re) and Haply (herein referred to as we, us our, and ourselves). By accessing or using Haply, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our app. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Haply.

Eligibility Criteria

When the user downloads the app, here is some information that we require to successfully create the profile:

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Haply.
• By using Haply, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of these Terms.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using Haply.
• You are an individual and do not represent any group, company, community, or organization.

To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone, we ask that all users adhere to our community guidelines. This includes treating others with respect and courtesy and refraining from any form of harassment, abuse, or hate speech.

It is essential that all profiles are genuine and accurately represent the user, as fake profiles and impersonation are strictly prohibited. We also have a zero-tolerance policy towards spamming; users should avoid sending repetitive or unsolicited messages.

Purchase and Refunds

• Haply may offer premium features or virtual hearts for purchase. Prices and payment terms will be clearly displayed within the app.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as specified in the app’s refund policy.

Content Criteria

• You are responsible for all content that you upload, share, or display on Haply. You must understand that all the content that you upload (except your phone number, exact location, and date of birth) will be on your profile and will be visible to other users.
• Do not post content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others. Haply holds the right to remove any content (either in the form of text or image) that hurts the feelings of any gender, community, religion, or race. We can also remove any content that is offensive, promotes pornography, or sexual abuse.
• By posting content on Haply, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and transferable license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app.

Limitation of Liability and Disputes

• Haply is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Haply is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.
• In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of Haply, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Haply support. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days, either party may pursue legal action in accordance with applicable laws.

Haply may display advertisements and provide links to third-party websites or resources. These advertisements and links do not imply our endorsement or responsibility for the content or services offered by these third parties.
